Whether the Subcontract requirement is for partial or complete product assembly, free issued or SDL purchased components, prototype or small to medium production runs, SDL can satisfy your requirements. The flexibility offered by SDL can also accommodate the most demanding of timescale's.
Our highly adaptable and experienced workforce is capable of working to the most demanding of specifications in a variety of disciplines including Cable forming, wiring, PCB assembly, mechanical and micro assembly. Prototype as well as small to medium production runs are welcome.
Surface mount components are accurately placed using our modern Pick & Place and ancillary equipment capable of repeatable component placement to an accuracy better than 40um, which is ideal for the finest pitch IC's & BGA's - small production runs are welcome.
Our well equipped test area encompassing eight test bays, serviced by graduate engineers with a variety of disciplines can accommodate the most demanding of test requirements.
